I had the BEST experience with this place. I just drove to CA from OH and desperately needed and oil change. I decided to do it myself because I had a terrible experience with mechanics in OH before I left for CA who tried to take advantage of me. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and drained the transmission fluid instead and filled up the wrong tank with oil! I took it to the Jiffy Lube and they knew what was wrong right away, fixed it in no time, and were AMAZING to work with. From the very start all three men who helped me where extremely nice and helpful. They were very informative and even showed me on my car what I did wrong and how to avoid future mistakes like this. They gave me a great deal by going out of their way to find a coupon to save me money. This has been the BEST experience I have EVER had with mechanics. I definitely recommend these guys!!
