Review content:
While parking in downtown Savannah, my fiance and I accidentally parked in one of their lots. The entrance we came in had a sign that was small, and if you're not looking for it you cannot see it. We purchased a city parking pass for 4 hours and placed it in plain view (we know this because at the towing place it was still in the same spot.) My fiance and I came back and of course our car was gone. We see the authorized vehicle signs in one entrance but not really at the other until I look around for 5 minutes while waiting for the taxi. I would understand if we were trying to avoid paying for a parking pass but we were not. A ticket would have been fine but towing our car was a little extreme especially since the parking area was empty. This experience lets me know they really do not care about people, so I will never do business with this company; they took away from our experience with Savannah. We will never visit again. It shows that if some one makes a small mistake they will jump all over you.
