Carmen's Bakery is wonderful! We purchased our wedding cake for 200 people from Carmen and it was heaven. We did different cake in each tier. Each was rich, moist and delicious. We visited so many different bakerys and cake artists and decided on Carmen because of a friends recommendation, great service from Carmen and her ability to be open to making and designing the cake that I dreamed of. Carmen met with us a couple times to taste and finally design the cake. She was not in a rush...as we found with some bakeries... Another bakery told me I couldn't have the shape I wanted because they weren't going to purchase octagon shaped pans. Carmen went out of her way to give me exactly what I wanted with out being astronomically expensive. Carmens Bakery also makes wonderful and decadent pastries for a treat. We have now moved away to SW WA, but we try to swing in for a treat whenever we are in Fed Way.
