Review content:
I walked in this morning after denting my door on my paper route...it wouldn't close. Thankfully, one of the chiefs (Tom I think was his name) came right out to help me. While I feel it's important to mention that I deliver the paper to this location, that doesn't buy you much if anything. So when I asked him to help me w/a quick fix (get the door to shut) & we'd schedule a permanent replacement for later, he was more than accommodating. The door was swinging like it always had in a matter of minutes & he didn't even bother to charge me for his time. I can appreciate that it was (as I asked for) a quick fix, but given that he didn't try to nickel & dime me for the service seems rare in this world any more. I will of course be going back to get the rest taken care of at a more appropriate time, but for now I'm very satisfied & grateful. Thanks M&V for your help!
