I went to this Firestone location to have my brakes checked on after my car flipped on the signal light saying they were worn. The staff was very courteous and professional with my vehicle. The work was done on my car in the same day, and they informed through phone calls of updates as they happened. The prices were fine, for an Audi I always expect to pay more.
But the real great thing about this place was when I went back about 3 days later when my car started making this awful shreaking noise they did not hesitate to do everything in their power to fix the problem. On the first visit for the shreaking the mechanics spent about an hour trying to locate and remedy the problem. They were able to mitigate it for the night but when I started my car the next day the noise was back even worse than before. So I brought the car back to have them take another look. This time they located and fixed the problem. Turned out there was just a stick lodged in between the muffler and something else.
Even though this problem was completely unrelated to the brake service I had received before the great people at Firestone did not charge me for the extra service.
In the future they will surely be seeing more of me. I would recommend this place to all the Red Bank and surrounding area drivers.
