This place has serious problems and probably will get shut down someday. No personalized attention, a different therapist for every visit who won't answer your questions or help you with your exercise, over-billing for treatment times, they don't follow doctor orders, don't comply with HIPAA (patient confidentiality) practices. Plus the place is a dump. Cords hanging out of the ceiling, the locker room is never properly cleaned and is disgusting. The locker rooms are not even private - when the door to the hall opens, anyone can see half the locker room! The chemicals needed to keep the hot pool disinfected burn your skin.
This place is a Medicare mill. Most patients are 70+
Make sure you read the Physical Therapy Board of California site www.ptbc.ca.gov and understand the laws, no matter where you go, and insist on proper, legal physical therapy delivery. It is not available at CompletePT.
