The restaurant we ordered from through Dinner Delivery Plus got our order completely wrong. When I called Dinner Delivery about the problem the representative was very apologetic (even though it technically wasn't her fault). She immendiately called the restaurant on our behalf, gave them our feedback and had our payment credited. Bravo to Dinner Delivery Plus! Thank you!
Pros: Very responsive, respectful and professional staff
Cons: Pricey but worth it for the convenience and professionalism
