Well, our family has been using DD+ for years (usually once a week when kids have too many activities for me to be able to cook. Sometimes for an ""at home"" date night with my husband so that I don't have to cook!) Call center personnel has always been friendly (even when I asked for my ""When Harry Met Sally"" ordering style!!!), and the order is almost always correct (on the rare occasions when it is wrong, it's probably my fault for being soooo picky about ""no this, but add that"" style of ordering. Food is hot when it arrives, and the large number of restaurants to choose from is great for variety. We have never used them for lunch, just dinner. They are great!!!! And it gives me a much needed break when I can't pull dinner together at the end of a hectic day!!
