Grey Forest Utilities are terrible. We suspected a gas leak in our house and they came out and turned off the gas and then put a lock on a Friday. We called a plumber to come out and fix the leak that evening, he had to come out twice because there was a lock on our utilities. After the plumber fixed the leak, Grey Forest would not come and take the lock off because Saturday and Sunday is for emergencies only. I have 4 kids. I can not cook for them and can not bathe them all weekend and get them ready for school. It is expensive to eat out twice a day for a family of 6. Choose another utility company

Cons: You have to do without on weekends
