do not go here. where do i begin?! ok the doctor is actually nice and works with you, only good thing about this place. I went here for a yearly exam, my second in my whole life. So i'm not experienced with everything. so the assistant that saw me first was rude, ok maybe a bad day. They used very old ""techniques"" for checking my eyesight, a pen and a chart? Everything in there is old. Not only that but they set me up to a ""machine"" to blow air in my eye and don't bother to tell me, and then she gets mad when i jump. She does this 3 times for each eye! each time not counting down or telling me when they are gonna press the button to blow the air in my eye, so i can get ready! so of course i jump, and she jerks my head around and ""sighs"" rudely! I know they aren't suppose to do it three times for each eye, or i would have remembered that from the first optometrist i went to. The first one i went to explained everything and counted down to let me know when it was gonna happen. and they only did it once for each eye. So i go back later to get the contact portion of my test, which they assured me wasn't a problem. I get there and they act like i'm retarded and the front desk women are rude to me for their mess up. Again i'm set up to the machine that blows air in my eye which i JUST did a week earlier. Different lady, same STORY! rude and doesn't tell me when she is gonna press the button, and does it about 4 times for each eye. So i get to see the doc again and she tells me that ""test"" checks for glaucoma, and then does a different test to check for glaucoma!! she numbs my eye and puts a blue light near my eye. so why did they check for glaucoma 3 times within a week? i don't know. They charge me $65 and the doc tells me i have to come in the next day, which they could have told me when i made the appointment!! instead of wasting my time. I didn't get contacts or anything. after this i have to go back the next day! Everyone is in a big rush when they finally help me, which makes them impatient with me, but when it comes to leaving and taking my money they take their sweet time! And each time I've been there, there wasn't hardly anyone there but me!!! and they are in a rush!!! Those doctors need to clean house with the staff there, and get some people that treat people with patience and respect. I'm not an optometrist's assistant and they shouldn't expect me to know everything or read people's minds! I would give 0 stars. Pros: nice doctor Cons: the rest of the staff
