Took my 08 3500 4 X 4 to have Bushwacker fender flares put on. Upon inspection I discovered two of the fender flares had not been installed properly. They took my truck back in their shop and it appeared they had solved the issues. A few days later one of the flares came loose. I took my truck back and ask if someone could fix the one flare that had come loose. I could not believe it...They told me that they would not even come out and look at the problem and that I had to make an appointment before they would even give it a look. Any reputable place would immediatlely fix the problem and satisfy the customer. Not the case with these Guys. Conclusion...Warning ...Do not use Star Customs...They are very unprofessional and dont know what they are doing.
