Review content:
My mother recently purchased a jeep from this dealership. The salesman was very nice and low pressure, but the financial people are shady. My mother told them that all she wanted was gap insurance. When it came time to sign papers, she asked what each one was and was informed that several of them were for the gap insurance. She felt unsure, so brought copies of all that she had signed to me to review. It turns out that the papers for the ""gap insurance"" where extended warranties and coverages totaling over 2,000 dollars. When we went back to the dealer and confronted them, they informed us that we had already signed and that only one of the coverages were refundable.
Pros: Knowledgeable staff and friendly sales people.
Cons: Look out when it gets to signing the papers.
