My girlfriend and I were planning on getting engaged and although she had an idea of the engagement ring she wanted, we were both clueless about diamonds. We discovered Calvin's on Citysearch and decided to go there since they had the best reviews. Our first time in the store, we met with Angela and she taught us everything that we needed to know about diamonds including how to shop for them at other jewelry stores. She also encouraged us to look at other stores for diamonds in case they didn't carry exactly what we wanted. After shopping at several other stores, we quickly realized that Calvin's has the best selection, prices, and most of all, customer service in Austin. We shopped around for about a month and when we returned to Calvin's, Angela remembered us by name and what we were looking for, showed us some new engagement rings, and I purchased the ring that day! If you tell her what your looking for and your budget, she will go out of her way to find you exactly that at the best possible quality. Needless to say, I will be returning to Calvin's for all my jewelry purchases. If you want friendly, professional, and non-pushy service, go to Calvin's!! Thank you Calvin's and thank you Angela!!
