After a horrendous customer service experience at Solomon Brothers in my home town of Atlanta and mediocre experiences at a few other jewelers in town, I went looking online to see if I could order an engagement ring setting that I liked from a jeweler that appreciated my business and was easy to deal with. I found 4 jewelers who could order the ring for me, but chose Calvin's because of the wonderfully helpful and pleasant response to my initial inquiry (the price was great too!). Each email after that was equally helpful and pleasant. I felt like Laura shared in my excitement in making this important purchase and did all that she could to make sure it was everything that I wanted. The ring was just delivered a couple of days ago (2 weeks sooner than expected) and it's perfect! Thanks Laura! I'd highly recommend Calvin's to anyone in Austin or anywhere else!
