I called Buddy's because my brakes were grinding, I didn't want to take it to the chain places. He said bring it in the next day and he would see what it needed. He looked my car over then called me explained the problem, gave me the estimate and said he would have the major brake job and my 90k service done same day. I liked that he didn't charge me for things like an air filter when I didn't need one yet, the dealer had replaced mine that was brand new because ""it is done with this service"". Best of all, the price came in under his quote. Didn't talk down to me as a woman, felt like he was doing the work needed but not sneaking extra services and telling me I needed them. I will bring my car back for major service, his hours don't work for my minor ones.
Pros: Honest staff, quick turn around
Cons: Hours are a little bad
