I would not recommend My Boot Store Inc. to a single person.The store's advertising and polices are NOT clear and they contradict one other. The staff will not inform you of their ""NO return"" policy, but there receipt indicates that there is one in place. The owner is a total ""nut"" to deal with and does not display any business ethics or knowledge. He is unreasonable and a coward, but will threaten and make a huge scene. I have never seen anything so unprofessional in all my 30+ years of business. Buyer beware!!! BTW, Mr. Owner, we found boots in a C width. Are you going to honor your double the refund comment? Check out Shoemall.com. I highly doubt you are a man of your word
