Review content:
For someone who doesn't know anything about cars, going into an auto parts shop can be very intimidating. I like Big A because as soon as you walk in the door, someone asks you if you need help and can quickly direct you to what you need. The staff is always helpful and goes the extra mile, like helping replace light bulbs, installing windshield wipers, and being honest about when you really need the expensive brand (and when the cheap brand will do just fine.)
