Review content:
After calling two times and speaking with a ""George"", I was told that a technician would get a hold of me by the end of the day. I was left with no reply the first time. I called a second time, and the gentleman told me the same story. I responded by saying if I don't hear back from a technician this time I will take my business elsewhere to which George replied, ""That's fine."" Horrible customer service which is surprising considering I chose to contact them based on the ""good"" reviews I'd seen here. This company obviously is not concerned with networking or having their business expanded.
