Zero pressure, and very friendly owner. Left with a pair of headphones that I love. Answered all of my goofy questions and was more than happy to demo all of the equipment I couldn't afford. Really a great experience and I would def go there again. While I think the internet is the greatest achievement of the human race, I always try to buy from local B&M stores. The premium you may end up paying is absolutely worth it when you go to a store like this. Great owner and I LOVE my headphones
