I need a fabric store in my area and Jo-Anns is the only one I have without driving for 30-40 minutes. I do draperies for a living and I have to send my customers somewhere. Jo-Anns is a nice store and has all the supplies I and my customers need, however, the staff could be a little more kind. I have been in this store about 1 time per week at the least and have NEVER had a good experience with the manager I think her name is ""Jan"" she is tall and blond. She has got to be the rudeist person I have ever met. I deal with people everyday and you just have to know how to smile at them or even act 1/2 way interested in what they need. I am not the only regular customer that has noticed it. I just thought you needed to know. I know there is going to be a new store opening and there will be a lot more people in the store. I'd hate to have the reputation of having nasty people working for e. I will start going to Hancock's Fabrics in Newport if things don't change. Thank you for listening.
