We had a sewer back up in our utility room and the down-stairs toilet at about 6:30 AM. Having dealt with Roto-Rooter recently at another location (with fantastic response & service), they were my first and only phone call. That call was made at 7:11 AM exactly: the local dispatcher (Plainfield IL area) told me they would have a Tech on site between 8 and 10 AM. The Plumber (Joe), arrived on site at 8:30 AM, evaluated the situation, and got right down to business. He was professional, efficient and timely. Once again Roto-Rooter delivered professional service in record time. They will be the only number I keep in my database for all my future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!
