Our toilet was clogged and we called DRF. The plumber came in and used a snake to unclog our toilet. $120 later and within 5 minutes he unclogged it, but scratched up our brand new toilet in our newly built home. We called to complain and George, the man in charge, was very unhelpful and said he would give us a $25 gift card at home depot. Then he called us back two days later waking us up on the weekend. He insisted that me and my wife were liars and did the damage ourselves. His so-called 'entrusted' employee said we caused the damage with a wire hanger. No wire hanger would have even caused the type of damage they caused with their snake. My wife told him that and he twisted her words and said she used the wire hanger than. We did not use a wire hanger to unclog it, we only have a plunger readily available which we tried many times before. We are complaining because we believe we've been unfairly treated and taken advantage of. The upsetting part as a customer is that there is no recourse for their action other than to go to small claims court. So we want to warn those who may use DRF Installations, Inc. so they don't get screwed over and insulted like us.
