Two of my good friends recommended me to Frank Auto Wholesale and after my recent purchase from them, I certainly give them a 5 star rating.
Frank Auto Wholesale is a small dealer; operated by the owners. The owners really know what they are doing: knowledgeable about their cars and have access to nation-wide car supplier to find the exact car that you want. Customer Service & Car Selection: They are friendly, courteous, professional and patience with my picky selection. They definitely do NOT use high-pressure sales tactic!
I was looking for a car with a very specific color & option (sport package) and since they don't have it in-stock. They helped me located one from California. After several weeks of searching, Frank found one that was very close to my criteria. At that point, I was ready to take delivery but Frank advised me to wait a bit because he was ?on a mission? to find me one with the exact option that I wanted. Glad I did wait, because days later, he indeed found me a car that is exactly as I wanted.
This is an evidence of Frank's integrity in doing business. He could just let me buy the not-exact-matched optioned car and make the sale but he did not do that.
Frank is not just about making the sale but he also makes sure that his customers are happy with the purchase.
Pricing: Their pricing is very competitive and I found it as the best bang for buck. Believe me, I did shop around! They were very honest and up front with the price; NO hidden cost. No surprise in the final pricing.
Their dealer is a simple auto warehouse in Sherwood. There is no a complimentary manicure or espresso bar; I guess that's one way to keep their price competitive.
Overall, I am very happy with my purchase from Frank Auto Wholesale and certainly will recommend then to my families and friends.
