Thanks to Dr. John and his wonderful staff, I quit smoking 3 months ago, have lost 32 pounds, and am off 3 prescription medications. I feel better than I have in years!!! My husband is also losing weight and able to raise his arms above his head, which he hasn't been able to do in over 4 years. Dr. John really cares about his patients and takes extra time with you when needed. He is also available by e-mail & phone to answer questions and give encouragement. Lisa gives the best massages I have ever had. Debbie, his receptionist is sweet & caring and on top of things. If you want to change your life: be healthy, pain free, and free from addictions, come see Dr. John.
