I was disappointed in where I took my babies, appointment at certain time groomer wasnt there left both of my dogs but afterwards wished I hadnt, very nice over the phone wasnt set up in new location yet so she was willing to wait on payment since couldnt do credit card yet,(very nice ) But my dogs were there 4 hours ,as i picked them up thought they looked good but when I got home was not happy with yorkie cut body will be grown out in a week he was so devistated when he got home from be there so long , never took that long anywhere he wont even get in my car so afraid he has never been like this they are very much mama's babies so I wont be taking them back to her, I should have stuck to my gut feeling when I got there , boarding dogs and didnt seem too clean, never did see where they were groomed, but lesson learned always check everything completely before just dropping them off, yes they are spoiled and thats ok .
