I tryed to rent in that place and i put some money as a holding deposit for the apartment that i want. After i was approved the told me they could not give the apartment that i applied for, so i decided to to rent anymore in that place and i asked for my money back. they do not want to give me it anymore saying that i was approved already and that i have to take the apartment they want to give me. That is not right because they never give me something in writing that say that they will keep the money. Right now i am trying to dispute it, but i want to everybody know it ,and advice you to be careful. if you decide to rent in that place, do not give any money ahead if you are not sure they will give you it back if for any reason you decide no rent in there anymore. BE REALLY CAREFULL.!
