I have been a loyal customer of Sedona Elite Rental services for six years, entrusting my property to their management. This year I had a very disturbing experience which I felt must go on record after becoming very distraught about the whole situation. Even though in my contract I had stated NO PETS, after unsuccessfully propositioning me to sell my property, Tina tried to force me to approve a qualified disabled applicant and her son who had a car, truck, motorcycle, and two German Shephard service dogs for my small place with only a small patio area in the back, in a high density neighborhood. When I objected Tina informed me that disabled people can rent anywhere they want, and when it comes to disabled people, property owners have no rights. She then added in a very condescending tone, that if I had a problem with this situation I had to take it to the Feds. I did not take it to the Feds, but I took it to my attorney. However before he had time to respond I received a call from Tina
