This company uses very deceptive practices. THEY PREY ON SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS. Their sales people are very nice and you trust what they say, but once you sign your contract, everything changes. They have a ""Program Guide"" that they refer you to when you sign up, and another one after you sign the contract.
We were told we were under contract for one year -- but when we wanted to cancel, they referred us to a program guide that said 3 years. Now 3 years are up and they referred us to another program guide that says 5 years. I have NEVER before seen this program guide. But since we don't have anything on the actual contract, I guess they can say whatever they want.
FOR YOUR OWN GOOD, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
