Review content:
have tried to ship packages by ups here twice. the first time the clerk couldn't figure out how long it would take the package to get to where it was going, so went across to the officemax (or depot can never keep them straight), where the clerk had no so such problem. since then, continued to use the officemax whenever i needed to ship something. last weekend had to again ship something, but discovered that they'd closed (or moved at least) the officemax so had to use the staples again. well, this time the clerk in the copy center couldn't figure out how to ring up the sale. okay, went to the main checkout. this clerk couldn't figure out how to ring it up either. so, call the manager (assume it was the manager, maybe it was just some passerby), and she couldn't figure out how to ring it up. she then disappeared to ask yet a fourth person who apparently didn't know either, because she comes back and says that I was ""good to go"" without paying anything. now, even i know that this doesn't sound right, but after a few minutes of pointless discussion, I left as I was in a hurry to get to the airport. I called in today (long distance at my expense) and finally talked to someone who at least knew enough to take my credit card information to pay for the shipping charges. next time, I'll do some homework and find some place, any place else to ship my packages from.
