This is the first pediatric dentist I have had experience with but I was pleasantly surprised when I took my son for his first appointment (at age three). He didn't want to comply with any of their requests but the dental hygeinist and Dr. Amy Martinez stayed patient and compassionate no matter what. He finally did agree to have his x-rays, cleaning and exam while sitting on my lap and they had no problem with that. He now looks forward to going to the dentist and I am so happy about that. The wait time is minimal and there is always a movie playing for the kids to watch (its in the exam rooms too). If you live in the Hialeah vicinity (the office is right next the Palmetto Medical Center) go to Main Street and see Dr. Martinez! :)
