Review content:
Went to him for diagnostic last Tuesday. We made an appointment for the repairs for Saturday at 8:30am. Matt told me to call him Friday and he would order the parts. He wasn't going to order them unless I confirmed that I would be there. I called him Friday morning around 9:30 and confirmed the Saturday (next day) 8:30am appointment. I arrived there at 8:25 Saturday morning. The place was closed. I waited. A little before 9am another guy arrived. He said he didn't know where Matt was but I could leave my car there. I chose to wait. I waited until 9:15. That other guy tried Matt's cell phone and got no answer. I had to take the dog to the vet so I left my vehicle and my friend that followed me there took me to get the dog and to the vet. After the vet appointment we drove back to Matt The Mechanic. This was 11:32am. No one was there. The doors were locked, my calls went unanswered. My key was locked inside and I had no way of leaving with my vehicle. My vehicle was still in the same spot as I left it. I could tell nothing had been done. I found the side gate opened and walked to the back. The other guy was in the back fumbling around. You can hear the phone ring outside the closed building but he still didn't answer it. I told him that I wanted my key and was leaving since my 8:30am appointment had past 3 hours earlier. He said that Matt had called him and should be there in a half hour or so. The 'or so' is the questionable part since he was already 3 hours late. No one bothered to call me and let me know the appointment wasn't going to be made, no one called me in the 3 hours since the appointment. He can't even say that an emergency came up since he called and said he would be there in 30 minutes or so. NEVER let someone in a small business that has no customer service skills and no interest in keeping their appointments do anything for you.
