Every time I think of my wedding reception I have a sinking feeling in my stomach. It was a disaster because of the way this place is managed. These people were so unprofessional and rude from the time you sign the contract to the day of your wedding. I ended up cutting my cake with a butter knife while the staff stood around and watched. I was told by one of my guests a staff member was also meticulously cleaning my envelope box. By the end of the night, my camera also mysteriously disappeared. These are just a select few of my problems at Chateau Del Mar. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to remember your wedding reception the way I remember mine.
