I would give them less than one star if I could. I have never been treated so rudely by a ""professional"" in my entire life. I had taken one of my cats there before - showed up early to drop off and pick up. They weren't very friendly, but not horrible so I just dealt with it. Then I brought three of my cats there to be spayed. I had adopted the mother pregnant and given all but two of the kittens away and I wanted to get them all fixed at the same time. I will NEVER EVER go back there or support them. First of all, there are places with lower prices (i.e. mobile clinics). Yes, I was late to pick up my cats, BECAUSE I got lost since their address is not on any GPS and they don't have a sign anywhere near the road to even hit where you're supposed to go. At 5:30 (when they told me to pick the cats up) I got a phone call that I was late. I started explained, yes I got lost, I'm sorry. And then I got a rude lecture about how this is a reduced cost clinic because they need everyone to come at the same time so they save time and money. I apologized again saying I was going as fast as I could. And then it got ridiculous. This woman started telling me how she had plans tonight to go out with her friends and I had ruined her evening, etc. etc. So I finally got there and she went on about how I'm self-serving and rude for being late (because I got lost - apparently I had done it intentionally...). She kept saying the same thing over and over and then slammed one of my cats on the ground outside the door. That's when I lost it. I said, I'm the selfish one? You just dropped my cat on the f***ing ground! And she said she doesn't drop cats (after I just saw her do it).
To put it simply, if you don't do everything they say, exactly how and when they say it they will take it out on your pet. They need to get new staff because obviously this woman is more concerned with her social life than any animal.
