Here is where my experience went sour...the dress I was purchasing went up $400+ the day before I went to purchase my dress. (They were able to tell my my other dresses were being discontinued, but not fill me in on the dress I wanted). They didn't begin altering my bridesmaid dresses until the week before my wedding. (Made my bridesmaids get fittend two months prior though so no room for changes or time). One of my bridesmaid's dresses had a hole in it when she picked it up. Thank God my mother in law knew how to lace dresses because she had to cut the laces herself because they did not do that prior to sending the dresses with my bridesmaids. Two of my girls' dresses were too big for them and we had to have double ply tape to hold them up. They were rude to my bridesmaids, stepmother, and fiance. Not to mention, the last fitting I was put in a dressing room with my dress. The assistant told me, ""here you go"" and walked out. I had to get in my dress all by myself. Then I had to walk to the front of the store to find someone to lace me up. There were two men in there so I felt really uncomfortable being half dressed and having to find my own assistance. I was never a rude bride to them so I did not deserve all that went on with my services there. Over all I am very UNSATISFIED with my experience. If you want a place that will make YOUR day about YOU, please look somewhere's else. This day does not need more added stress of last minutes alterations on bridesmaids or anything else. It's about you.
