Review content:
This company installed a door and I had 5 initial problems with it. It took 3 months to get the Salesman back out. Jay the manager told me he would order me a new door and it would be in 6 weeks. That was over 6 months ago. Jay is never available, Lorne gives me the runaround and Fox 2 doesn't seem interested in the story. Well the better business bureau reports 7 unanswered reports and mine was the 8th. They obviously don't care to be in good standing with them either. I say research before you hire anyone!! I have definatley learned from this experience. Don't do business with this company they are CROOKS!!!
