Businiess name:  Entrada Iron & Wood Doors
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
My Entrada door began to show severe ""bowing"" when I moved into my brand new custom built home. The bowing at the top of the door was so severe the door would not shut and left a half inch gap between the top of the door and the door frame. The Entrada technician came out and said the door had been installed poorly. Essentially the door was too big for the door frame and the pressure on the top of the door was causing the bowing. The technician told me that they would replace the door and that ""he would presonally install it to ensure it was done right."" Later, the president of Entrada, Mr. Bell, called me and backed out of that promise and told me that other factors could have caused the bowing of the door such as ""settlement."" So much settlement that it caused a very expensive, heavy door to literally bend, yet no other drywall cracks, no other door problems, no window problems, no brick cracks, no other indicators. A complete illogical excuse. I also understand he custom home builder had the exact same problem with them only three months earlier. This company will give you poor quality and leave you to foot the bill to fix it.
