Review content:
What's good about this shop is that they have good mechanics, and they do good work. However, they are not reliable as to when they promise you your vehicle back, scheduled or not. As is my case, that is a huge inconvenience that added expense to the overall cost. I explained that to them that I have only one vehicle, & they told me they would need it for only one day. Knowing I had to pay for a rental, they took triple the time I was told it would take. Another time twice the time. With a damaged bumper upon pickup that happened while my vehicle was in their possession, their agreement of repairing the damage has yet to be fullfilled. I would recommend this shop for a major repair. But I would not recommend them for quick and prompt service.
