I am a loyal Harris Teeter customer and was very excited when the new store opened in Apex. I have been to Haddon Hall location at least once a week since it has opened. Unfortunately I will not be going back. Most of the staff (clerks) are very nice and helpful but it is very sad how management treats customers and staff. I am not sure of her name but there is a manger- lady with blonde short hair- who is just awful. She is always in a bad mood no matter what day or time it is . On several occasions I have seen her talk down to her staff and customers. If you use coupons avoid this store at all costs they make it nearly impossible to get good deals. I understand store policy but there is no reason for the disrespect and down right nastiness of this lady's attitude. I am thankful I live in an area where my shopping choices are abundant and I will not spend my money in store where this kind of behavior is acceptable. I would reconsider in the future due to the location but not as long as she is there.
