I took my 97 Toyota to Barrett Auto Care, based on the other reviews on this site. It is all true. Barrett and Holly both take the time to make sure you really understand what your car needs and why. My truck was broken into last autumn and Barrett fixed the wiring harness along with the issues I was having all for the cost of the $4 part. He spent extra time on my calipers without charging me. I think he really does treat your car as if it were his. I was convinced I needed a clutch, but Barrett replaced the bushing instead. It was a much more inexpensive repair, and my truck drive is driving great. Holly is wonderful, very funny and very quick. She especially impressed my with her honesty. When she wasn't completely sure of something, she said so, then confirmed it and called me back. I live in 78704 and dread driving on I35, but I won't take my car anywhere else now.
