I'm a UT alumni that just moved back to Austin with his fiance driving around his old college Accord. As expected, I ran into some problems with my care last week and found Barrett Auto Care on the web. Based on the location, current reviews, and briefly speaking to Holly (co-owner) earlier this week, I was surprised/shocked at the customer service provided in the initial discussion. I don't like to bore people with details but if you're reading this review, you're obviously considering taking your car to them. They took my car in at 7:30 Friday morning, called me back within a few hours to let me know that I was having a tire shake due to a soon-to-be blown out tire. As good faith, they put my spare tire on, researched the maker of my previous tires and took my care to a local tire vendor all because I was without a vehicle for the time being. First impressions go a long way and I highly advise you to take your car to this business and encounter the true definition of customer service yourself.
