I have had the best experience talking with a customer service rep! This woman was very well versed in all areas in question. She did not hover while we looked at the puppies but was available to answer all of our questions without hesitation. She helped us to choose a puppy that really fits our lifestyle! We have recommended this store to some of out friends who are ready to add a pet to their family. We love our new maltese - she is precious!
