I stopped by this shop to order flowers for a funeral service for my aunt. There was a note on the door instructing customers to call a phone number for service. The woman who answered informed me that she was not there and that I would have to return later to place my order. I informed her that I was leaving to go out of town and wanted to handle my order before leaving. She retorted, ""That isn't my problem. I'm not there right now, you'll have to come back."" I asked if there was another florist in town that I could patronize and she firmly responded, ""No."" I have never been spoken to in such an insulting manner by a so-called professional. A quick trip to a friends house revealed that there was another florist in the local phone book and I was able to place an order over the phone with no complications. I would never recommend this business. Not only for the rudeness of the staff but also because she lied about there being another option when she could not help me. within my time frame. I wish I could give this a negative star rating, but the system requires at least a one star rating, so...
