Review content:
This chain of bread stores is a favorite of ours in Ohio. But don't let that word ""chain"" throw you. This isn't corporate bread. This store is locally owned and operated by a married couple who have their hearts and their wallets invested in the product. And what a product! Everything is baked on the premises every day. Everything is fresh when you buy it and the ingredients are all top shelf. My personal favorite is the Cinnamon Swirl Bread. It is sinfully good! If I have any problem at all it is only that they bake to a schedule that does not seem to allow them to make the same breads on every day. So you have to keep aware of the days you will be able to get the bread you want. This place just opened in February, 2007 so local awareness is just taking root. The bad news for us is that as Caryites become more familiar with the fantastic products and great service at this store it will become more and more difficult to get your favorite bread without making a reservation.
Pros: Fresh product, great variety, easy access and attentive service. Free samples
Cons: Get there early and reserve your favorite treat. Baking schedule is unforgiving.
