Where do I begin...
1: The Stylist: WOW! Jenny Bradley (Artistic Director and Salon Owner) is UNBELIEVABLE! Jenny has not just been CUTTING my hair but she has been STYLING my hair since I don't remember when, has to be at least 20 years. Over the years I have tried different stylists but I have always come back to Jenny. I am a firm believer that Jenny is the BEST stylist around. I will never ""stylist shop"" again. I have MS. So I need my hair extremely short in the back especially during the summer. I have asked other stylists to work with this and ALL have said ""You have to be kidding me. That will look so stupid! You don't want me to do that!"" I went back to Jenny with my frustration. Her response was ""No problem! We can make that work and it will be CUTE!"" She respects my needs. I give Jenny an idea, she goes with it and has never disappointed me once.
2. The Customer Service: Again WOW! From the minute I walk in the door, I am greeted with a kind, genuine hello and a huge smile from Trish. I feel welcome, relaxed and respected. No uncomfortable feelings here, it is so opposite of some places. You know those places I am talking about. The hair wash with the gentle massage is wonderful and to top that off Jenny doesn't even mind rinsing my hair in cold water! Talk about service. The products used are the finest, makes my hair feel like silk. Once my transformation is completed, my experience doesn't end here. There is never a ""sticker shock"" of little add ons. I know exactly what I am paying for. No tricks here. I always feel like I got more for my money every time. Fresh Hair Professionals are just that TRUE PROFESSIONALS. They continually stay current with new styles, trends and products to make my experience more enjoyable. When I walk out of the door, I know my patronage is genuinely appreciated and it shows. It is not unusual for me to receive a thank you letter in the mail. Now that is customer service!
3. The Environment: WOW again. The salon itself is so clean, has a comfortable, classy, easy going air about it. The decor is inviting and relaxing. I love the wall colors. It is rate G for the entire family, but no screaming babies, wild children running around, bikinis, Walmart or other type of traffic checking me out. It is not a WHAM in your face, super trendy spot that will be gone tomorrow. It is like the mountains that surround us, Fresh Hair Professionals is rock solid and will be here for a long, long time.
4. The Surrounding Area: Fresh Hair Professions is in a quite area in Draper off of 700 East and 12300 South. It is an easy place to get in and out of quickly. I think my husband wishes I would get out of there quicker. There is a great little home decor store just a couple of doors down, Rod Works, that makes my trip complete. There are a couple of restaurants there too, but I haven't ventured over there yet.
I am a special needs Grandma. I can say a lot of things with a lot of words. But Jenny and the staff are extremely sincere in the services they provide and the respect given to their clients. It is a MUST for me and should be for you too.
