I called and made an appointment last week and the lady on the phone took my information including my insurance name and ID. On the day of the appointment I called to verify my time and the two people I spoke to told me that I did not have an appointment baffled by this I called a third time and the young lady put me on hold and then told me that she spoke to her co-worker who called my insurance and they told her that they are non par. This young lady told me that they are non par so I told her why didn't the INCOMPETENT lady that I originally spoke to when I made my appointment tell me this and not waste my time. The owner should re train his employees because if this continues he/she will be out of business!
