I don't even know where to begin. This place offers the best workout I've ever had!!! It is extremely challenging and rewarding. If you buy the packages, you'll save a little money instead of buying the individual classes. If you've ever wanted a personal trainer, but couldn't afford the Big Bucks..this place is for you. I've been going twice a week for about 4 months and I feel stronger, look stronger and have more engery. There are not enough good things I can say about this place and Raphael is the best motivator ever!!!
