First of all, I would like to start off with the fact that I bought Prism TV to fully take advantage of the television I paid way too much for. Am I happy with what it does for the TV? ABSOLUTELY! Prism boasts a Blue Ray quality picture and that is exactly what I am getting now in my house. Thanks for that. However, while the picture quality and convenience of a whole home dvr deserves 5 stars, I can't stand giving a company with bad customer service a perfect score. I understand that some phone reps are good, and some are aweful, so it is what it is. I haven't been happy with Dish, Directv, or Cox customer service either, but at least now I am getting the TV picture and channel lineup I LOVE to watch.
