Fri April 22 my daughter, the bride, her Maid of Honor and I had a 3 pm appointment for a mani/pedi. We were guaranteed that we would be done by 4:15...The bride had to pick up her wedding gown and be back in Woodinville by 7 pm for the rehearsal. It was 5:15 before we were finished as, though we were part way through our mani/pedi's they took in 2 walk ins and finished them. Then on Sat am my nail polish was peeling off and the girls were chipped. I went in and all the staff and two customers laughted when I showed them my nail polish falling off. It was a very rude laugh. They ""fixed"" with a gel finish for me on Sat,the day of the wedding. I told them I had 10 minutes, I said NO to the gel and they did it anyway, keeping me 45 minutes and I had to cancel my make up and another appointment. I was nearly late for the wedding. The gel nails lasted less than 24 hours - they cracked and started to peel. Nail Pro admits it is their fault but refuses to refund money. I have been there before many times as a regular client and all was fine and nice on those visits. I will never go there again.
