Review content:
The tech was very friendly other than that worse experience I have ever had. Called the owner to clear up a few things and he was very rude and uncooperative on the phone. Also tech wore his shoes in the house with no plastic covers and left my washer disconnected. Overall was very bad felt like I was bullied into getting my caprets cleaned with no other options and would highly not recommend them to anyone.
Pros: Tech was nice
Cons: Everything, customer service, experience and quality
