Crazy to hear that we're not the only ones creeped out by Joe. He drives by our house all the time really slow and yells obscene comments at me and my family. Whats even more unfortunate is his family is just as rude as he is. Watch out for these people. I wouldn't wish them onto my worst enemy. I wouldn't hire someone to paint my house when their own property looks like a trash heap! Who would condone their employees and family to speak to customers in such a manner? Shame on you!
